The content for the website is supposed to be in public domain and by accessing this website, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions. To apply for the mentioned plot scheme all interested applicants should be compliance to following conditions.
- -> Applicants must have Indian Citizenship.
- -> Applicants must have attained the minimum age of 18 Years.
- -> There is a certain quota for different categories i.e, General Category (50% Quota), Ladies Category (33% Quota), Senior Citizen (10% Quota), Covid Warriors (7% Quota)
- -> Allotment will be solely on draw basis.
- -> Booking of the plots would be subject to the availability and first come first serve basis.
- -> Applicants must have valid Pan Card & Aadhar Card to apply.
The company reserves the right to accept or cancel the application received depending upon the details furnished by the applicant at the time of registration.
This site is built for this particular project and after announcement of draw this site or pages may be removed/changed as per requirement or discretion of Company without any prior notice.
Participant is responsible for all liability, damages and/or costs directly or indirectly arising from Participant's inspection, visit, or investigation of the Property.
